IRA Resources, Inc., appeals the denial of its special appearance in a securities lawsuit filed against it by Enrique Juan Griego and Sonya Griego. Based on a factually similar case, the Texas Supreme Court concluded that the trial court lacked specific jurisdiction over IRA Resources. See IRA Res., Inc. v.
