TIM TAFT, Justice.

A jury convicted appellant, Jeremy Steven Robinson, of felony murder and assessed punishment at life in prison and a fine of $10,000. See TEX. PEN.CODE ANN. § 19.02(b)(3) (Vernon 2003). We determine whether the State had to prove that the alleged complainant, a firefighter dispatched to the scene, was an occupant of the building at the time that appellant set the fire and whether the trial court erred in admitting evidence...
