Paul Robert Dayhuff appeals his jury trial conviction and sentence for aggravated indecent liberties with a child in violation of K.S.A. 21-3504(a)(3)(A). First, Dayhuff argues that he was denied his right to a unanimous verdict because the prosecutor relied on acts not charged in the complaint to obtain his conviction.
