Jerome George Poole ("Defendant") was charged by felony information with committing the class D felonies of driving while intoxicated, in violation of § 577.010, RSMo 2000, and driving while revoked, in violation of § 302.321, RSMo Cum.Supp. 2002. Defendant waived his right to a jury trial. Following a bench trial, the court found Defendant guilty on both counts and sentenced him as a prior and persistent offender to four years' imprisonment...
