OPINION
STEWART, Judge.
In 2004, the Alaska legislature made two significant changes to AS 28.35.030, the law prohibiting driving while under the influence. Before that time, to convict a motorist of driving while under the influence based solely on the result of a chemical test of the motorist's breath or blood, the jury had to find that the motorist's blood alcohol level was at or above the legal limit at the time of driving.
