Respondent's claim that Domestic Relations Law § 111 (1) (d) is unconstitutional in imposing support and visitation obligations on unwed fathers but not on unwed mothers is without merit (see Matter of Jonathan Logan P., 309 A.D.2d 576 [2003]). Also without merit is his argument that, in analyzing his constitutional claim, the court erred in considering the extent to which he visited his children when they were in foster care...
