David Rhoad appeals the post-conviction relief (PCR) judge's decision to hold him in contempt. We affirm.1

FACTS

Rhoad was convicted of DUI and criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature (CDVHAN) and sentenced to five years imprisonment. Rhoad filed a PCR application, but he informed the PCR judge on the day of the hearing that he wished to withdraw...
