(Atchison), and Commerce & Industry Insurance Company (C & I) appeal the decision of the Workers Compensation Board (Board) awarding Beverly Tull certain benefits under the Workers Compensation Act, K.S.A. 44-501 et seq. They argue that (i) the Board erred in holding multiple carriers jointly and severally liable for medical expenses and temporary total disability benefits; (ii) the Board erred in its findings...
