A jury convicted appellant, Renita Sue Barnes, of class-A misdemeanor criminal mischief for inflicting damage with a pecuniary loss of more than $500, but less than $1,500, on a vehicle owned by the complainant, Jim Gawerc, by striking the vehicle with a tire jack.
