¶ 1 The issue in the present cause is whether termination of an at-will employee for his refusal to dismiss his pending claims against a third party (pursuant to the Open Records Act, 51 O.S.2001, § 24A.1 et seq.) constitutes a violation of Oklahoma's public policy such that would support a wrongful discharge action against the employer under the limited public policy exception to the employment-at-will doctrine.
