¶ 1 Under Arizona Revised Statutes ("A.R.S.") section 25-408 (2007), a non-custodial parent who is awarded parenting time is granted certain procedural rights to object to a custodial parent's out-of-state relocation. The issue presented in this appeal is whether a grandparent who has been awarded visitation is entitled to these same procedural rights.
