Gwin H. Long was convicted by a jury of five counts of gambling offenses. The trial court assessed punishment at sixty days in jail on each count, to run concurrently, and a $1000.00 fine on each count. On original submission, Appellant presented one issue asserting the trial court abused its discretion by admitting evidence obtained when officers exceeded the scope of a search warrant...
