OPINION

MEYERS, J., delivered the opinion of the Court, in which KELLER, P.J., and PRICE, JOHNSON, KEASLER, HERVEY, and COCHRAN, JJ., joined.

Appellant was convicted of two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child under fourteen. The jury assessed punishment at thirty years' confinement for each count, and the trial judge ordered that the sentences be served consecutively. Appellant appealed the stacking order, as well as the trial court's decision...
