This appeal involves a breach of contract claim asserted by Transatlantic Reinsurance Company ("TRC"), a reinsurer on non-standard automobile insurance policies, and intervenor Home State County Mutual Insurance Company ("Home State"), the ceding and fronting carrier, against Gamma Group, Inc.
