TAYLOR, Judge.

Sharon McCloud brings this appeal from a November 13, 2006, judgment of the Grayson Circuit Court upon a conditional plea of guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance (Kentucky Revised Statutes (KRS) 218A.1415), possession of drug paraphernalia (KRS 218A.500(2)), and possession of marijuana (KRS 218A.1422). We affirm.
