¶ 1 In January 2007, Eric Dawson filed a petition with the King County Elections Division. In it, he sought the recall of Seattle School District Directors Brita Butler-Wall, Cheryl Chow, Michael DeBell, Darlene Flynn, and Irene Stewart. The King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office then petitioned the King County Superior Court to determine the sufficiency of the recall petition.
