{¶ 1} J.W. Sr. ("appellant-father" or "father") appeals the juvenile court's decision and entry granting permanent custody of his eight-year-old son, J.W. Jr., to Franklin County Children Services ("FCCS" or "agency"). The decision was issued August 29, 2006. J.W.
