¶ 1 Robert Butler was charged with DUI after allegedly causing an automobile accident. The district court released him on his own recognizance on condition he undergo an alcohol evaluation, comply with any recommended treatment, and attend three self-help meetings each week, providing the court with proof of compliance with those conditions.
