A jury convicted appellant, Cedrick T. Johnson, of aggravated sexual assault and assessed his punishment at 25 years in prison. See TEX. PEN.CODE ANN. § 22.021(a)(1)(A)(i), (2)(A)(iii) (Vernon Supp.2006). We determine (1) whether the trial court erred in refusing the definition of consent that appellant requested be included in the jury charge and (2) whether the evidence was factually sufficient to show that the complainant...
