Appellant John Rudolph Martinez appeals three convictions for possession of four grams or more but less than 200 grams of cocaine, heroin, and methamphetamine. After waiving trial by jury, appellant entered pleas of guilty before the court to lesser included offenses of those charged in the original indictments as a part of a plea bargain.
