¶ 1 Rafael C. Chavez Jr. appeals his Yakima County Superior Court conviction of possession of a controlled substance. Specifically, he challenges the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress, contending his arrest was not supported by probable cause and the evidence seized as a result of his arrest should have been suppressed.
