Mike Beebe, Att'y Gen., by:, Frahan Khan, Ass't Att'y Gen., for appellee.

JOHN MAUZY PITTMAN, Chief Judge.

The appellant in this juvenile delinquency case was found delinquent by reason of possession of an instrument of crime, a methamphetamine pipe.
