{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Marvin Mitchell, appeals from his conviction for domestic violence. Defendant maintains that he is entitled to a new trial because he believes the admission of a tape recording of 911 calls violated the Confrontation Clause of the Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
