¶ 1 Devenniyon Courtney was convicted of first degree murder, two counts of first degree robbery, attempted first degree robbery, and first degree unlawful possession of a firearm. Two witnesses held at gunpoint by Mr. Courtney identified Mr. Courtney as the killer.
