Valley Oil Company, L.L.C., appeals a judgment following a jury verdict in favor of Ozark Air Lines, Inc. on Ozark's claims for strict liability, negligence, and breach of contract. Specifically, Valley Oil asserts that the trial court erred in failing to reduce the jury verdict by the amount that Ozark collected from other defendants in pretrial settlements.
