This case is an appeal from the Supreme Court Professional Conduct Committee, wherein the Committee concluded that Appellant Morris Thompson had violated two of the Model Rules of Professional Conduct. As a result, the Committee fined Thompson, assessed costs, and sanctioned him with a reprimand.
