OPINION

DAVIS, Judge:

¶ 1 Plaintiffs Wesley A. Matheson and Lois Matheson appeal the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendant Marbec Investments, LLC dba Elmwood Apartments, LLC. We affirm.
