Daniel D. Garcia was convicted of murdering his wife, Lesa Garcia, and was sentenced to ninety-nine years imprisonment. He appealed, bringing sixty-five issues. In our initial opinion, we reached four issues: (1) we overruled his first three issues, finding that the evidence was legally sufficient to support his conviction; and (2) we sustained his tenth issue, holding that the trial court abused its discretion...
