¶ 1 This is an appeal by Edgar V. of the juvenile court's order transferring him to superior court to face charges of first-degree murder, armed robbery and misconduct involving a weapon. Edgar was 13 years' old at the time of the transfer. He argues on appeal that because a majority of the factors set out in the transfer statute weighed against transfer, the juvenile court erred in transferring his case.
