FELIPE REYNA, Justice.

David Wayne Glockzin was convicted of aggravated sexual assault (count I) and indecency with a child (count II). The jury sentenced Glockzin to sixty years in prison with a $5,000 fine on count I and twenty years in prison with a $5,000 fine on count II. Glockzin argues that: (1) the evidence is factually insufficient; (2) the court's charge "constructively amended" the indictment...
