Appellants, Craig Thomas, Karen Ann Thomas, Kaitlin Jade Thomas, and Caroline Angelene Thomas, appeal from a take-nothing summary judgment rendered upon the motion of appellee, CNC Investments, L.L.P. ("CNC"). We determine whether the trial court erred by granting CNC's motion for summary judgment on appellants' causes of action against CNC for vicarious liability for assault, premises liability, and negligent hiring.
