OPINION

ORME, Judge:

¶ 1 On February 28, 1999, Stephanie Todd was shot and killed during an altercation with her estranged husband, defendant Shayne Todd. Defendant claimed the gun fired accidentally, while the State maintained the shooting was intentional. On appeal, Defendant asserts that the prosecutor made inappropriate statements during closing argument and that the trial court improperly denied Defendant's motion for a mistrial. We agree that...
