Defendant was convicted of endangering the welfare of a minor, her three-year-old child, by permitting the child to be "in a place where unlawful activity involving controlled substances is maintained or conducted." ORS 163.575(1)(b). On appeal, she assigns error to the trial court's denial of her motion to suppress evidence resulting from the arresting deputies' search of her residence.
