Appellants, Ronald and Betty Pugh, challenge the trial court's rendition of summary judgment in favor of appellee, General Terrazzo Supplies, Inc. ("General Terrazzo"), in their suit against General Terrazzo for damage to their home arising out of the use of an exterior insulated finishing system ("EIFS") to their home. In three issues, the Pughs contend that the trial court erred in granting General Terrazzo's summary judgment...
