A jury convicted appellant, Domingo Navarro, of indecency with a child by exposure. See TEX. PEN.CODE ANN. § 21.11(a)(2) (Vernon 2003). The jury assessed punishment at 10 years' imprisonment, but recommended that the sentence be suspended and appellant placed on community supervision for 10 years.
