Michael McGlothlin (collectively "Metro") negligently and in violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act ("DTPA"), caused damages to Shihche E. Lin, individually and d/b/a Aptus Company, and Sung-Ping H. Lin (collectively "Lin").
