¶ 1 Teresa Hedlund was charged as an accomplice to reckless driving and DUI, furnishing alcohol to a minor, and furnishing tobacco to a minor. At the close of the City's evidence, Hedlund moved to have the reckless driving and DUI charges dismissed, arguing that under RCW 9A.08.020(5) she was a victim, and thus could not be an accomplice. The court dismissed. The City sought a continuance and immediate writ of review of the dismissal by the superior...
