This case is on remand from the Court of Criminal Appeals. See. State v. May, No. PD-1490-05, 2006 WL 2615253 (Tex. Crim.App.2006) (not designated for publication). The issue we must resolve on remand is whether the trial court abused its discretion by granting Donna Lynn May's motion to suppress.
