¶ 1 This is a special action review of an Industrial Commission of Arizona (ICA) award for a compensable claim. One issue is presented: whether the administrative law judge (ALJ) erred by finding that the respondent employee (claimant) sustained compensable injuries in an altercation at work with his supervisor. Because we agree with the ALJ's conclusion that claimant's injuries arose out of his employment, we affirm...
