¶ 1 Danny Holly is a 58-year-old man who is partially incapacitated from a head injury he sustained in a motor vehicle accident in 1999. Mr. Holly's wife died and his daughter was seriously injured in the same accident. Because of the extent of Mr. Holly's injuries, a general guardian was appointed over his person and property.
