Appellants Ronald and Erica Banks appeal from a take nothing judgment following a jury trial in their medical malpractice action. In four issues, the Bankses contend generally: (1) the evidence is factually insufficient to support the jury finding that the hospital was not negligent; (2) the trial court erred in including certain instructions in the jury charge; and (3) the trial court erred in allowing certain testimony...
