OPINION

MACKEY K. HANCOCK, Justice.

Appellants, Arthur E. and Judith A. Jackson, appeal an Order granting appellees', Hancock & Canada, LLP, Kent Canada, and Reuben L. Hancock (collectively "H & C"), motion for summary judgment and dismissing the Jacksons' claims with prejudice. We affirm.
