¶ 1 Petitioner George Taylor ("Taylor") seeks review of the trial court's orders summarily dismissing his petitions for post-conviction relief. For the reasons set forth below, we grant review and grant relief. In this opinion we hold that "financial resources," as used in Arizona Revised Statutes ("A.R.S.") section 11-584(C) (Supp.2006) and Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure 6.4(b) and 6.7(d), does not include Taylor's "imputed...
