The appellants, Kirstina Shepherd Strohschein, her husband, Rick Strohschein, and Beulah Leitch, filed this action as a boundary dispute against Micheal Crager whom the appellants believed owned property adjoining their own. However, the complaint was later amended to include Nadine Howard after they discovered that Nadine claimed ownership to the subject property.
