{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment of the Toledo Municipal Court, following a no-contest plea, in which the trial court found appellant, Sally Perz, guilty of one count of knowingly filing a false financial disclosure statement in violation of R.C. 102.02(D), a first-degree misdemeanor. At sentencing, in addition to a fine, the trial court ordered appellant to pay $4,125 as "her proportionate share of the cost of the investigation...
