¶ 1 Robert and Myrna Schryvers filed suit against Coulee Community Hospital seeking payment for unpaid overtime and on-call work. The trial court found in favor of the hospital and dismissed the Schryvers's claims with prejudice. On appeal, the Schryvers argue that the trial court misinterpreted the federal Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (FLSA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201-219.
