OPINION

BILLINGS, Judge:

¶ 1 Mother appeals from a juvenile court child welfare order granting permanent custody of her son (S.H.) to Father. At a November 2, 2005 adjudication hearing, the juvenile court found that Mother had neglected S.H. At the January 3, 2006 disposition hearing, the juvenile court terminated Mother's custody of S.H. and granted Father's petition for permanent custody. We remand for an evidentiary hearing regarding Mother's claim...
