SHERRY RADACK, Chief Justice.
After a bench trial, appellant was convicted of possession with intent to deliver cocaine weighing at least 400 grams. The trial court assessed punishment at 60 years' confinement and a $100,000 fine. The trial court also made an affirmative finding on a deadly weapon allegation. In his sole issue on appeal, appellant contends the evidence is legally and factually insufficient
