Shane S. Muhl and Teresa A. Muhl appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of J. Douglas Bohi and Terry Davis on the Muhls' trespass and conversion claims. On appeal, the Muhls contend that the trial court inappropriately granted summary judgment because genuine issues of material fact remained in dispute. We agree in part, holding that a factual dispute exists on the Muhls' trespass claim. Nevertheless, we disagree
