Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. appeals a summary judgment rendered in favor of James A. Howard, as receiver for Tesher Corp. The trial court found that Howard's rights in a piece of real property have priority over Countrywide's lien on the same property because Howard had filed a notice of lis pendens before Countrywide filed its lien, which provided constructive notice to Countrywide of Howard's interest in the property...
